Groggers are not just for kids! Thank you to everyone who brought pasta. We collected a large box of boxes that will be donated to City Harvest.
Mishloach Manot
As part of our Purim celebration we made mishloach manot (gift baskets). These packages were delivered to members of EET who were unable to celebrate with us as well as some of our founding members. Here is what they had to say:
“In all the years at EET - and with all the many accolades and gifts we have received over the time we led - never were we as pleased and thrilled than with the tri -corner package of hamentashen and other goodies. Purim celebration package was so lovely. It was just a joy to receive and I am sure that others feel the same way.
Todah Rabah to all of the leadership for today, tomorrow and in the bright future. We are so pleased that you all are standing so brilliantly on the shoulders of those who came before. At EET this is a plus and has always been our mantra.
Thanks again for the Purim gift which lifted our spirits today.”
“We were pleasantly surprised to see the Purim package delivered at our door. Please send our thanks to whoever did this. We're sorry we could not participate in the Purim Shpiel. We are enjoying the hamentash and chocolates. Keep up the good work.”
